At Vissing Agro, simple and efficient inventory management is crucial. Even small parts like bolts and nuts can stop an
entire production line if missing. Previously, an employee had to manually check the stock and place orders via a website – a process that was both time-consuming and prone to errors and delays.
Therefore, Vissing Agro wanted a solution that could automate the task while supporting their focus on decentralisation and responsibility within production.
Approach
Pajo-Bolte delivered a VMI solution with Easy-Label, enabling Vissing Agro’s employees to reorder items directly from the warehouse with a single push of a button. The system is intuitive and requires no planning or intermediaries – any employee can trigger a reorder when a box is nearly empty.
