About our cooperation

Pajo-Bolte, part of Bufab Group, has provided a VMI solution with Easy-Label, enabling Vissing Agro to automate the reordering of fasteners – a small but critical part of their production.

Challenge

At Vissing Agro, simple and efficient inventory management is crucial. Even small parts like bolts and nuts can stop an
entire production line if missing. Previously, an employee had to manually check the stock and place orders via a website – a process that was both time-consuming and prone to errors and delays.

Therefore, Vissing Agro wanted a solution that could automate the task while supporting their focus on decentralisation and responsibility within production.

Approach

Pajo-Bolte delivered a VMI solution with Easy-Label, enabling Vissing Agro’s employees to reorder items directly from the warehouse with a single push of a button. The system is intuitive and requires no planning or intermediaries – any employee can trigger a reorder when a box is nearly empty.

The solution is tailored to Vissing Agro’s existing workflows and aligns with the company’s values.

Result

With Easy-Label, inventory management has become more streamlined and efficient. The time-consuming manual process has been replaced by a simple and user-friendly system that all employees can use. The warehouse appears more professional, and restocking happens quickly and accurately.

“The solution has brought noticeable improvements to our daily operations and holds potential for expansion into more product areas,” says Claus Brandt, owner of the company.
