We have a legitimate interest in providing you with marketing, surveys and other communications about ourselves and our products. Marketing is a crucial part of our business, and we always strive to provide you with communication that is relevant to you.

Transfers of personal data to third parties 

Bufab may, if necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing personal data or if required by law or regulation, share personal data with other Bufab companies, including companies outside the EU/EEA. Bufab may also, if necessary to fulfil the purpose for the processing of your personal data, share personal data with third-party companies and third-party suppliers, including companies and suppliers outside of the EU/EEA (e.g. to enable Bufab to answer your requests or administer your orders). 

Bufab work with a range of different service providers to deliver the functions of the Bufab group websites. When transferring personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA that do not have an adequate level of protection for personal data, as determined by the European Commission, we use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure a sufficient level of protection for your personal data. For how long will Bufab keep personal data?
