About our cooperation
A customer who designs and produces tabletops asked HT BENDIX if we could supply a Nordic Swan Ecolabel universal cleaner. We had previously helped other customers with similar products but with lower environmental requirements.
Challenge
A customer wanted a Nordic Swan Ecolabeled cleaner from HT BENDIX as an accessory to its eco-friendly products.
The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is awarded only to products and services that meet ambitious environmental requirements. Thus, it is a powerful tool for producers and brand owners.
The challenge was to find a suitable supplier with the competence to develop the specified product and gather all the information to obtain the Nordic Swan Ecolabel certification.
Approach
The existing cleaning solution needed to be adjusted to comply with the strict certification regulations.
For years, HT BENDIX has cooperated with customers and helped them collect all the information needed to obtain certifications. It is time-consuming and has its challenges, and all that knowledge came in use to get the Nordic Swan Ecolabel certification.
Result
The universal cleaner for hard surfaces is HT BENDIX’s first Nordic Swan Ecolabeled white label product.
It can be branded for all interested customers, making it easy for any furniture producer to sell it.
"It wasn't long before other HT BENDIX customers began making similar requests,” says Sales Manager Per Klemmensen, who initiated the process for HT BENDIX to offer such a certified cleaner.
