BUFAB Group has developed a business network with a variety of Taiwanese manufacturers for several years. In order to expand its presence in Asia and strengthen the relationships with our suppliers, a new company BUFAB TAIWAN has been set up in 2008.

To meet our customer’s requirements and expectations, our team is focused on providing them a global service in Purchasing, Quality and Logistics.

Purchasing:
· Establish a daily contact with our suppliers to improve the quality of the parts and negotiate the best prices according to raw material cost level.
· Find new suppliers able to provide a complementary range of parts and/or an added-value on existing parts  (assembling, packing…).

Quality:
· Satisfy our customer’s quality requirements with reliable suppliers owning International Certification
(ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001…) and able to provide Initial Samples and PPAP Quality Documentation.
· Plan and do some Inspection Tests before shipment (dimensional report, material analysis, salt spray test...) to check the quality of the parts.
· Act very quickly and efficiently in case of quality problem met by our customer and implement an action plan accordingly with the supplier involved (sorting, new production process…).

Logistics:
· Store parts and supply our customers according to their delivery schedule.
· Respect our customer’s logistics specifications regarding packing and label (GALIA…) and repack parts if necessary.
· Decrease logistics costs and combine parts to send 20’ Feet Full Container (CY) to our customers.
