Bufab Chapellet Shanghai Company’s core business lays in the specialized distribution of fasteners, assembling components, and C-parts. In a word: we define ourselves as a global SMALL PARTS SUPPLIER.

Conveniently located in Shanghai, the company offers a wide range of products in a 1,600 m² in modern warehouse facilities. Product lines covers:

Standard products references in major references (NFE, DIN, ISO, ANSI, ASTM, UNC, UNF, GB…) ranging from class 4.6 to 12.9 and above; Non-standard metal / plastic products, including an extensive range of coating, surface treatment to meet customer’s demand.

Moreover, Bufab integrated IT management system shall allow in a short while to extend customers access to a total of 100,000 fastening products located throughout all divisions of Bufab Group and in the central warehouse in Värnamo. Chapellet Bufab Shanghai does not only provide high quality products and cost effective procurement. Taking part into global procurement programs, we also provide dedicated technical services and engineering support, together with practical logistics solutions to our customers.

A major trend of China market is the growth of local R&D activities to support the development of products for local markets. For this, our dedicated engineers often take part to the elaboration of fastening solutions, bring adequate answers for fasteners localization and rationalization programs, taking into account quality requirement in respect of technical and production constraints.

Supply chain optimization is another strategic issue in China. We often address this question and offer customers integrated and tailor-made solutions, including Just in Time deliveries up to Kanban and 2-bins systems, ensuring cost effective return and higher productivity.
